This '69 SS was 1 of 311 examples optioned with the L89 Aluminum Head V8, which shaved 70lbs of weight off the front end when new. The car was the recipient of a comprehensive rotisserie restoration that was completed in 2021, and since then it has taken home multiple awards, including Silver at the Keels and Wheels Concours, Best of Show Camaro at the Corvette Chevy Expo in Galveston, TX, and more. The car retains its original 396ci V8 and has been upgraded with a bigger cam, ceramic-coated headers, a custom exhaust, Holly Sniper Stealth EFI, and more. Additionally, a Vintage Air A/C system was intalled and keeps the refreshed interior cool during hot Texas summers. Creative Customs and Classics in Kemah, TX oversaw the restoration while Kemah Classic Automotive and Owens Racing Engines performed the mechanical overhaul.
